To describe what is TV on the Radio, you can consider it as one of those superbands, except that this is their original lineup. It's the perfect association of talents, from the very beginning, and even now when they try to expand to other directions, they end up coming together again (see Maximum Balloon, for instance). We must add that their constant evolution, within only a few years, is yet another sign of talent, one out of many.
