This new application is quite simple, but can be really useful: Contact[s] makes it easy, fast and enjoyable to get in touch with the people you love. It's nice to have a comprehensive address book in your phone and your tablet, but most of the times you probably just want to reach the same few people. That is what "Contact[s]" is all about.
And by the way, it is optimized for both the iPhone and the iPad, and your data are synchronized seamlessly with iCloud.
